Rental Period

The rental period begins on the pick-up date specified in your order and ends on the return date specified. Any equipment not returned by the agreed-upon return date will be subject to late fees.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. A security deposit may be required for certain equipment rentals.

Equipment Care

You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment rented from us. Any damage or loss of equipment will result in additional charges. Please return all equipment in the same condition as when you received it.

Delivery and Pick-up

We offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Please provide us with detailed instructions on where and when you would like the equipment delivered and picked up.

Insurance

We recommend that you obtain insurance coverage for the equipment you rent from us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.

Use of Equipment

The equipment rented from us is for personal use only. You may not resell, sublet, or transfer the equipment to any other party without our consent.

Age Restrictions

You must be 21 years or older to rent equipment from us. We reserve the right to request identification to verify your age.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Availability

Equipment availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the equipment you need is available for your event.

Changes to Rental Order

Any changes to your rental order must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the rental period. By renting equipment from us, you agree to release us from any liability.
